Tolka polluters fined

A fine is pushing it....250 measly quid.. Yes there are costs involved but I imagine that is for the investigators in IFI/DCC. See here http://www.thejournal.ie/river-tolka-fish-kill-2252276-Aug2015/ Hopefully Tolka Anglers will sue them now for a few bob!
