Aged 31, qualified acca 8 years ago and worked in small practice for 10 years. Feeling it could be time for a change. Has anyone been able to make the move from small practice to industry? How did it work out? How did they go about it?

Yes but I was part qualified at that stage. Dont think I could go back to practice again!

Recruiter is possibly your best bet. Depends really on the type of role you are going for though.

Maybe focus on the sector that you have a client base in so you have an understanding of the industry.
