Nanoxia DS3 is a nice one for that money, cool as ice with lots of room.

If you can push up to €80 then the NZXT Source 340 is surprisingly good. Picked one up for the OH about 2 weeks back. Easy to build in, great for cable management and good space for fans. 2x 120 or 140 mm fans at the front, 120/140mm at the top and 120mm at the back.

One of the my best pc parts was a Fractal Design R4 Black Pearl years years ago, open it now and it has feck all dust, don't even hear fans from it and everything is very cool with stock fans.

Not sure if it'll fit your parts but just telling you the brand are top notch
