Xbox 360 and Apple TV WIFI Connection Issues

    Hi,

    I recently switched to Eircom broadband and I am unable to connect some of my devices to the Wifi. Laptops, Chromecast and Smart TV connect with no issue but the Xbox 360 and Apple TV cannot connect. Can you please advise if there is anything that you can recommend to try?

    The advice I can offer will be quite limited as eircom cannot advise specific required settings on third party equiptment like the xbox and apple TV.
