The Lack of motivation today I'm fighting with myself to go to the gym and I know the gym is going to win.
I need to find better motivation.
? What motivates you to go to the gym.
I think I will do an extra half hour for the lack of motivation in the gym

That's really good idea. But what motivates me is that I am an athlete and I need to stay fit and perform better in my competition. This time I am participating in New York Triathlon Expo and the idea of being the best drives me to the gym.

"The way you do one thing is the way you do everything"

By measuring your performance in the gym most importantly your ability to apply yourself 100% you can set a baseline standard for how you approach any task in your life.

When you make integrate this concept with your identity, you realise by letting yourself have a "bad gym session" this sets precedent for how the rest of your day will go.

Also the more you do something the more it becomes part of your routine like brushing your teeth so just stick with it!
