Help With Form12

    Guys

    I'm completing a form12 for rental income for 2014.

I'm wondering if somebody has completed this form before , this is my first time and I'm looking for some guidance around the capital allowance area in Section 17 of the form.

I've valued my capital in the house at 7000 and 12.5% of that is 875.

I'm wondering what amount I put in in the
"capital allowance brought forward from a prior year" &
"Capital/Allowances used against rental income in the year 2014"

I'm assuming I put 875 in the Capital Allowances used against rental income in the year 2014.

What amount (if any) should I put in the Capital Allowances available for carry forward or offset?

Sorry , I'm trying to attach a image I took of the form if you needed it for reference but I don't see an option on this forum to allow the upload of images..
