    Can anyone tell me will the national reserve be open in 2016 with the same conditions?

    Anyone with inside info? Dept not confirming it yet.

    If your enterprise is dependant on an allocation from the national reserve may I ask why in the name of all that's holy you are starting/getting involved in farming?

    theres going to be an election between now and then so who knows whats going to happen

    I would also be hoping for something from the national reserve too fic. Hoping for it doesn't mean we are dependant upon it though. As tesco say, every little helps.

    The maximum national reserve grant and young farmer top ups plus the LFA GLAS and BDGP alone could amount to close to 40k to an individual committed to a fetac level 6 course in agriculture ,any profit after this makes it an attractive proposition to a non college going school leaver with an interest in farming.

    thanks guys, i need to decide now if i am applying next year to the reserve for various reasons, so i can have everything in order. it seems some over 40's are still very bitter regarding the national reserve. thanks again guys.
