When applying for Garda clearance you are asked to provide every address you have ever lived at for 6months or more. If any of these addresses are outside the state then a police clearance certificate must be obtained.
Are the police records of minors expunged? If so what is the point of supplying addresses before the age of majority?

In case said minor has been convicted of a serious offence such as rape. That infor would remain on file and would be of relevance to anyone looking to work with children/vunrable adults.

Ah so not all juvenile records are expunged/kept classified.
