    I'm interested in investing in a craft brewery; start up or established, Cork area.

    Then contact some of them and introduce yourself. Hard to say if there are any on here, looking for investment and seeing your thread.

    Give them a call and arrange a meeting. Contact details for them shouldn't be difficult to find

    Or better still, go along to a craft beer festival and taste their wares before you introduce yourself (not too much mind!). Watch the reaction of the visitors to the various beers and how the brewers interact with the punters, see their marketing in action, all under one roof.
