Cheap silent office graphics card

I gave my old pc to my parents which contains a particularly noisy asus gtx 260 216. Even with the fans turned down, it is noisy, and regardless, it is overkill for a web browsing machine.

As my mobo/psu was one of the last to not include integrated graphics, I'm looking for something really simple, cool and quiet. It seems like there isn't a market for these kinds of card any more due to the rise in integrated gfx? The cheapest that dabs stock is the geforce 210 which is around 30 euro. This price is fine, but I'm susprised that there isn't a more recent card in this price range.

here's mobo specs Asus P5Q PRO Turbo, P45, Socket-775 ATX, 2xPCI-Ex(2.0)16.

This makes perfect sense. It actually doesn't matter which card I use, as long as it is PCI express, has dvi. All I need is 2d desktop graphics. It would be great if they had that stock in the Mary street CEX. Thanks!

Take it apart, clean the dust out of it, and reapply the thermal paste, as unless this is normal, it sounds like the gfx fan may be taxed heavily.

Aye, 2nd hand CEX card should be fine, but just ensure it has at least 512MB/1GB on it; for a couple of euro you may as well.
