Tagged Bird found in garden

Came across a bird like a pigeon in the back garden earlier today, its tagged but we dont know anything about it....can we put the details of the tag into any site to find out details about the bird? Thanks

The numbers are n25526 ihiu15? Looking at that site the tag should start with GB

IHU is the Irish Union per the site.
