ESB Electrical Apprenticeship 2015 - Medical Stage

Hello all. I recently underwent a medical as part of the ESB apprentice recruitment process. I quite healthy I think, having no health issues other than mild asthma. I don't take drugs and my sight, hearing and general health checked out ok.
Does anyone know what the odds are of being offered a position after undergoing the medical?
When in August do they make the jobs offers?
Do they take on many females?

    Go raibh maith agaibh.
