    Hi.

Some time ago I bought windows 7 for my laptop. Since the I have upgraded this machine to Win 8, 8.1 and now 10. Can I reuse the copy of Windows 7 to upgrade a vista laptop or would doing so invalidate my current Windows 10 setup?

    Thanks
    mossie

You can only use the license on 1 PC

If you used the license again on your vista laptop and somehow got it activated, it would not be a legal license

Unless the Win 8 license you bought was a full (retail) version, not an upgrade version
