Too many cabbages

    Hi

I've grown a few cabbages in my garden and I'm looking for some ideas for cooking please.

It's a broad green leafed variety, so I guess that rules out pickled cabbage and coleslaw.

I've tried sauté-ing a couple of leaves with ginger and seasoning and its very tasty.

I was thinking of stuffed cabbage rolls, has anybody else tried that?

    Thanks!
