Hello, this is just a quick one. I pkan on leaving my company soon. The probation contract (which I have not signed) states they can deduct 16 hours pay if you leave the company within 3 months.

Can they still deduct this even if I have not signed the contract? What are my legal options if they do deduct it even though I have not signed any contract

They might (in this Hypothetical case) argue that by turning up for work, you can implicitly agreed to the terms.

I would imagine that will claim the 16 hours is for time you were training or the like. Is it explaining in the Hypothetical contract

Yes its for training even though in reality I got 1 hour training and two hours induction.
