I'm having problems with Horizon WIFI also, the two most common problems are ...

1. Your modem is experiencing connectivity Issues
2. The DNS Server is not responding.

From what I can see on Boards UPC/Horizon are having problems with their modems.

I switched from UPC broadband only to Horizon BB & TV and it's very common to drop broadband.

It's even odder that it works on some devices and drops on others connected.

Definitely something that needs to be fixed - not sure if they CAN fix it judging from what I've seen on Boards.ie.
