Seen a guy on his bike in Dun Laoghaire past the social services office going downhill, hands free on a busy enough road, holding his phone in both hands right infront his face (well bit lower than that) and texting. Good man! Probably even Sagan can't do that... Is the use of the mobile phone verboten while cycling as it is while driving a car ?

are you sure he was texting he might have been using an APP to steer the bike i hear there's one for everything
