Problem watching anything on rugbyworld.org website on their player Anyone else?

    I've never been able to watch anything on their player called "the platform" Anyone else had the same issue? I wrote them this email quote "I've never been able to watch anything on your player. I'm in USA and there is no message that would lead me to believe the broadcasts were not available here. I have realplayer and VLC as my programs on both my laptop and desktop. What am I missing?
    There was no info on net when searching for "the platform player". Everytime I got through to a rep from the company they were more concerned as to who I was rather than offering any help. Most peculiar
    Your help would be appreciated."
    I got this auto response....typical.....quote "Please note your email will not be responded to."
    This says it all. I think all of us are fed up with administrators in all our respective countries.

    Boards.ie is nothing to do with the website mentioned, we cannot help here. Also, getting close to discussing illegal streaming/VPN/proxy issues. OP if you can't get help from the people who run the website we cannot help you here.
