Getting a flock number.

Probably been asked a hundred times before but what's the story with getting a flock number when you all ready have a herd number. Will you be inspected or is it just a matter of filling out a form?

Probably no inspection. But there could easily be a lad looking for mileage.
Same form as herd no just a tick box somewhere on it to say flock no.
