Can anyone suggest the best place online to get the most cost effective and efficient tubes (700*23 size).

Swim Cycle Run are usually the best value for Vittoria (and an Irish shop too).
You may have to order 5 or 6 to get free delivery but you can never have too many tubes.

I just stocked up in Halfords where they have their 5 tubes for Ã¢Â‚Â¬12.49 deal back on (usually Ã¢Â‚Â¬4.99 each I think).

They aren't as good as say Conti ones but quality of them is ok and they are cheap enough that you don't mind handing them out to someone stuck at the side of the road.
