how get certification now

    Hi everyone,

    We built a small kitchen extension of 20 sq mt , we had an architect done our drawing and he used to come for inspection during the construction and he was supposed to give us the certificate when everything finished but he never showed up we tried to ring him after a month but his phone is dead .
    and i was out of city so couldn't chase these things now how to get certified it 6 months passed

    get someone else.

    they will have to certify it based on a visual inspection only.

    Thanks everyone for the reply just wondering what should be the approx cost for certification.
    Also is it necessary to get one , as we have planning permission and we r thinking to build end of next year?
