Hello, I'm looking for a good quality heavy bag and gloves and wraps which would be good for cardio workouts in a home gym.

I'm 12st so I presume a bag between 70-120lbs would be what I'd need but I don't know which particular type or brand is best.

I am considering this bag. Can you please advise. I can't post links from my app so just type in the URL without the spaces

Thanks for any help offered. Your advice is appreciated.

Seriously are you telling me nobody on a boxing forum can recommend a heavy bag.

Yet a thread asking "Tyson Fury vs Joe Frazier" gets 137 responses.

A heavy bag's a heavy bag. Go online to ebay or amazon. There's bound to be plenty to choose from.

And IMO the thread you mentioned is far more interesting than the choice of heavy bag for you.

There are many bags on amazon. They certainly aren't all equal. Choosing a good one is the hard part. That's why you would ask for advice.

Btw you wouldn't be just helping me you would be helping everyone else that needs one.

What's Tyson Fury ever done. Joe Frazier beat Muhammad Ali. Why would you even entertain the Qs.

It seem the majority of posts on this forum are the same drivel.

Sure jog on somewhere else so. If your biggest hassle in the sport is finding a generic canvas bag to punch it's clear you haven't a clue about the sport to begin with.

Thanks pac-man, fair play to you.

Atm I'm leaning towards the Everlast C3 foam bag(100lb) from Amazon and Everlasts Heavy bag stand from Argos. The stand is not available on Amazon. The one you linked to has got good reviews also

    http ://www .argos.ie/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/Search?storeId=10152&catalogId=14551&langId=111&searchTerms=PUNCH+BAG+STAND&authToken=

    http :// www .everlast.com/c3-foam-heavy-bag

Im also considering getting a free standing bag as hanging one is not possible.

Do u think a free standing one would allow better movement than the boxing stand.
