    Applications are invited from suitably qualified persons for inclusion on panels for the following posts from which vacancies arising during the lifetime of the panels may be filled.
    PART-TIME FIREFIGHTERS
    ATHENRY
    BALLINASLOE

    Candidates must live and work within 1.5 miles of the Fire Station, and be available to attend drills and fire alerts. An annual retainer is payable in addition to specific payments for each attendance at drills and fire alerts as follows:-
    Annual Firefighter Allowance:- €7,562- €10,383
    In addition, the hourly rates of attendance are as follows:-
    Drill: €19.86 per Hour
    Fire: €39.72 (for first hour), €19.86 per subsequent hour – Day Rates
    €79.43 (for first hour), €39.72 per subsequent hour – Night/Weekend Rates
