This is going to sound like a very stupid question and very basic but here goes.

I need a new lagging jacket for my hot water cylinder, I've measured the circumference (53") and height, top to bottom (22") however all of the jackets I see are 30" x18", 36" x 18" and 42" x 18".

Am I measuring the tank wrong?

    Thanks

Divide circumference by pi to get diameter, should be around 18"

Edit: 16.87, I'd go with the first one

A cylinder 22" high?? Sounds extremely small. The smallest jacket you'll get is 30"x18"

Maybe it was very old. Either way a 30x18 jacket will work fine.
