Hi I'm 15 and I want to try get into road racing. I got a bike back around this time last year but I havnt really been able to use it as much as I wanted because I had my JC that year but now that I'm going into transition year I want to get into cycling a lot. So far the farthest cycle I have done was from Stepaside up to The sugarloaf hill (if anyone knows where this is). What should I do to get better? Is quantity the most important thing to getting better?

P.S. I'm thinking of trying to cycling from Dublin to Wexford in a few months so that's my goal for now.

    Thanks for any help.
