iMac Yosemite sign in question

Occasionally when I restart my iMac, it seems to think I am signing in on a new machine. Once in a while it asks me to log into Facetime, iCloud and/or iMessage too. In those cases I get a warning email from Apple.
I'd say this started maybe 2 or 3 months ago. i'm on 10.10.4.
    Any ideas what is up?

Any number of things could be causing this. A few questions/suggestions to try and narrow it down:

Are you connected to the internet when this happens? Because if your Mac having problems connecting to your router after a restart it could cause this.

Do you have two-step verification enabled on your Apple ID? This usually requires app specific passwords that you need to create on the Apple ID site. I was only recently prompted to create one for iMessage and Facetime and only on one of my Macs, weirdly.

When you do sign in, is it successful? i.e. Is iMessage/Facetime verified and working correctly?

Have you ever signed in with a different Apple ID for iMessage or Facetime? Have look in the preferences for both and make they are using the correct Apple ID. If one of them was linked to a different Apple ID, the system could nag you about it like this. Also make sure that you are logged into iCloud in System Preferences > iCloud.

    Yes.

    No.

Yes, all works after entering the passwords.

    No.

    I stay logged in.

This morning I restarted twice; the first time it just loaded; the second time it said I had logged in to a new iMac.
