Repairing Pilgrim Jewellery

I have a necklace from Pilgrim Jewellery which I got a number of years ago. Rather than being on a chain, the necklace is a series of small bars/links which run through charms (I know I’m not very good at explaining this, but it’s something similar to this: http://bestengagementrings.info/pilgrim-jewelry-background-1-hd-wallpaper.html). One of the links has been broken and one of the charms has come off, it needs to be repaired. I was wondering if anyone has had a similar necklace and could recommend somewhere specific to go (as I think it may need to be soldered)? Or do you think a normal jewellery would be ok?
