We have two esb poles on the site we are going to build on. I sent the appropriate information and documents to the esb back on 2nd May. We did have someone on site and new locations for the poles were agreed. Since then nothing. The esb are laying the blame with the contractor they use to put up the new poles. So far I've been told the work would be completed by 3 different dates. But still no new poles and old poles still in the way. I've a builder waiting to get started. Anyone have similar experience with the esb?
