The pump does not try to run when I open the hot tap, but runs when I open the cold tap. I disconnected the inlet pipe to the hot water side of the pump and there is a good flow from the tank. I thought it might be air locked, so tried to force cold water through the hot tap, but no joy. So, I was wondering if there is two motors/pumps in the one unit, so could it be a problem with the hot pump not running or are they both run by the same motor. I don't want to buy a new pump until I am sure that the problem. Any help appreciated, thanks.
