    For an NCT Retest, Do I need the fail cert?

    I have retested a few times and wasn't asked. It was all in the system.
    That said, they may just ask you for it now :)

    Do they just check the things that failed on a re test or is it a whole brand new test again?

    Just the fail items once you are within the retest phase.
