Need help choosing college course

I'm going in to 6th year this year and have been thinking a lot about what I want to do in college. My favourite subjects in school are maths, chemistry and physics so I was thinking of a science or engineering course. UCC would be my first choice college although I will still consider all my options. At the moment I'm thinking of either doing Chemical Sciences or Process and Chemical Engineering. Would love to hear from people who have done these courses about what the courses were like, what types of jobs they can lead to, etc. I would possibly like to work abroad when I'm older and maybe get a masters abroad in an international university.
As well as these two courses I have looked at other courses such as mathematical sciences (UCC or UL) and biomedical engineering (UL or CIT). Any info about these courses would be appreciated also.
