    Hi everyone,

    Just a quick note to say that due to a planned system upgrade, our customer service phone lines will be unavailable from 8pm, Thursday 30th July until Tuesday 4th August at 8am.

    In case of emergency

    If you have an emergency with regards to a disconnected property, or a problem topping up your Pay As You Go meter you can call 021 4868580 on Friday and Saturday between 8am and 8pm.

    Online services

    We have a number of online services that will still be available during this time.

    You can pay a bill, top up your Pay as You go Meter, submit a meter reading or submit change of address details if moving house.
