open you frot window a tad and open the back to the same amount. Gets air circulating around the car without the noise of just the front window open.

That's not a good combination, in the summer the leather heats up before you get in and without the air con it won't be pleasant. Maybe get one of those windscreen sun blinds to cool the car before you get in.
