Moving house

    Hi,

    I'm registered and paid up. 

    We will be moving out of our rented apartment over the next while. 
    What do we need to do, so that we have closed our account and are paid up for the duration of our tenancy?

    If you contact us on the day that you are moving out on 1890 448 448, we would be happy to amend your details, move you out of your old property, issue you with your final bill for that property and move you into your new home.

    lol - I did the same recently - rang up, was told they had moved me and would issue final bill to new address - no sign of either events having taking place

    Even those willing to pay - can't!

    This is what I'm nervous about, would prefer if there was a form or something that I'd be filing out and could show the landlord.
