ford transit connect?

    so i'm going looking at a 02 ford transit connect on fri 31/7/15 and was wondering if anyone could tell me what to look out for is there anything in particular that goes wrong with them etc? or who has one? are they a good van? any thoughts would be welcome and appreciated. by the way i'm not mechanically minded so plain english please :) dumb it down for me thanks.

    Clutches on them are a little weak because of the power/torque delivery of the 1.8 diesel ford unit. Door seals are also known to leak.weep on them.

    Overall a solid and brisk little van with good load area(miles ahead of a 1.9 non turbo berlingo/partner).

    They're a horrible little van with the old escort engine. Rattly and poorly equipped

    Much nicer smoother and quieter yoke to drive - never mind people knocking them I know of a couple with over 200k and still going strong ,
    Just service on time and right oil spec .
