    Hi,
anyone can help...I would like to know if there are places to volunteer in city centre (or not so far from it) ... I mean just help dogs, taking care of them, feed them, dog walking etc...
I can only find places far from city centre (like Finglas or Rathfarnham) and for various reasons I cannot reach further places...
    Thanks for you help...

The one in Finglas is only 20-30 min bus ride from the city centre?

Most places for dogs, be it rescues or kennels, need space for the dogs to be exercised and walked. As space is at a premium in city centres these places usually are out in the suburbs. There is another rescue in Rathfarnham which may be reachable by bus.

Thank you, but with the bus it will take circa 2 hours round trip, and I have just 3 hours available in the morning, that's why I am looking for something close...
    yes, probably there's nothing close...

If you are just looking to spend some time with dogs, you could always advertise in your local area to be a dog walker for those 3 hours in the morning - Im sure there are lots of people who might be happy for their dogs to be walked - and you could earn a few euros while doing it too?!
