Hi All, What's yer ideal heifers to buy for finishing,from previous experience,breed,weight,age so on....a neighbour tells me that you should be looking for a heifers that will move up a grade when finished,surly when a heifer is finished growing and ready for factory she has moved up a grad anyway??,he also says that…

Hi All,
What's yer ideal heifers to buy for finishing,from previous experience,breed,weight,age so on....a neighbour tells me that you should be looking for a heifers that will move up a grade when finished,surly when a heifer is finished growing and ready for factory she has moved up a grad anyway??,he also says that heifers can go over fat? If so why do they always get a few cents per kg in factory,any finishers out there I'd love to here yer story's,especially those that finished steers alongside heifers..cheers....
