I'm just wondering whats the law surrounding the sale of alcohol in the bars at Dublin airport ? Some restaurants open at 4am, can you get served at that time ?

I went through at 0545 in one of the old bits recently and got coffee in a bar... people were knocking pints back

You can get a pint basically as soon as the place opens for the first flights. I've done it before arriving for a 6am flight to a stag weekend.

I think getting a late pint is probably harder, if you're hanging around after 10pm waiting for a delayed flight.

If you're flying out of the new terminal don't bother, that bar is brutal
