Chest pain yesterday, numbness in right arm and feeling weird sensations....little bit of headache.

Was in two doctors clinics this morning and they were both dumb, sallow receptionists.

Both said 25mins because there was another patient before me.....I walked out of both.....I actually started giving out in front of everyone to the receptionist as I was walking out.

Now, I'm at home and I'm not going to anymore doctors because another medical issue I have prevents me from sitting in waiting rooms and the like....none of them asked for anymore details as to why I might be in a hurry.

    Book an appointment.

If you are so distressed that you cannot wait for 25 mins then proceed immediately to A&E.

Sounds like you need to go back to your own GP who knows and understands your medical history. Phone them ASAP and get yourself an appointment.

Book the first appointment of the day, but it is the nature of doctors' offices that if a consultation runs over there is a knock-on effect on the rest, and if several appointments run over the wait gets longer. I always make sure I bring a book and expect a wait of about 30 minutes; the doctors are doing the best they can, it's not like they're drinking coffee and laughing at the queue building up.

If you are in so much pain you can't wait; go to A&E.
If you just don't want to wait; book a home visit.

OP the only advice we can give you here is to go to a GP. Nobody can advise you medically over the internet if that was your intention. So go to a GP, wait your turn, or go to A&E where you will be assessed on arrival by triage.
