    So folks with the round 1 offers out tomorrow the 30th, what is everyone hoping to get?

    Applied Computing in WIT, have a couple of friends going into it also so hopefully I get it, fingers crossed.

    Hi like brand new here. Got accepted into Maynooth which is like wow but I emailed the CAO cause I don't wanna accept this and then potentially miss out on my first preference when the Round One offers come out.

    Still accept the course you have been offered. If you are offered your first preference at round 1 it will override your 1st acceptance.

    Okay I accepted it, this is bloody nervewracking. I am hoping for my first preference in IT Carlow cause it would be soo much easier financially considering I live there as opposed to travelling up to Maynooth everyday on the bus.
    But at least this way I'm going somewhere at least even if I don't get carlow, I've been stalking all the cao topics on the boards for months without being a member freaking myself out over it all so thank you for the quick reply

    I got offered my first choice option in DIT, but now i wished i didn't as i'd be happier with my 2nd choice at DCU.

    I'm guessing there's no way to get that now since they don't offer you a lower place.
