Google would suggest not. Some more info on the model would help though, the year etc?

its a 151 , got leatherette seats and there is more room in the boot

Certainly a piece of trim / carpet left out.
    Go back to them.

Looks like they may have stapled their own coverings to the seats either with the existing removed or over the existing. Here's what it should look like...

is that a panel there that was taken out because all i see now is the leatherette seats i thought there should be a panel

I don't think there's a panel missing but i reckon your original seats had "tails" on them that extended off the backing material, went over that piece of chassis and tucked in under the boot carpet and the upholsterer hasn't added any kind of tail to the new seat coverings so now you can see that gap.

That doesn't look great. Also, if you fold the seats down, your stuff is sitting on leatherette?

    Also visible staples unforgivable.

Is this those cheap taxi covers, or factory standard?

Its a Professional Upholster to be honest , not too impressed i wont name them yet

It looks rough enough up along the split there too, bulges etc.

Toyota leather kit and Nolan autocare is the only way I'd do it if I had a corolla needing leather.

Yes they did have tails he has since rectified this looks great noe he had covered them up, Very Apologetic...
