Tile outside area

I am considering tiling an outdoor area - approx 24m2. The area is 6m wide, 4m deep. There is currently nothing in the area, just loose stone.

I plan on pouring a concrete floor. How deep would you recommend the concrete be?

Approx how deep a fall should I put it the floor considering the depth of the area?

Do I need to treat the concrete in anyway before I lay the tiles?

    Thanks

Sorry buddy i have never tiled outside, only paving stones. Probably best to ask someone more tuned in to what your doing. Good luck. :)

I tiled the outside step on the conservatory a few years ago. While it was fine for about 5 or 6 years Moisture eventually got under them and they slowly began to loosen.
I used shower adhesive thinking it would do the job. I'll have to redo it all over again shortly as there's a few loose tiles now. Lucky I still have a Box or two left.
Maybe there's a better way or a better adhesive someone can recommend to use.
