Great weekend of racing. Just make sure to bring your climbing legs if it is like last year. The TT really decides the overall once the TT winner can hold onto the front group on the climbs.

Ohh and it is unlike any racing you will experienced previously in A4, really aggressive due to the intermediate sprints and the KOM primes. Last year lots of people sandbagged for weeks/months prior to it so as to still be eligible to race it which led to the stronger riders essentially being A3 in all but name. Mightn't be such an issue this year with it being 6 weeks later. Know a few last year who got the point or two needed for the upgrade on the first stage and then could enjoy the weekend.

Plenty of sunscream and drink lots of fluids. Drugs, porn and homosexuality are illegal there. Go for a ride on a camel if you get a chance .....oh you said Omagh.

Really well organised. Attention to detail is amazing and it's great craic. Would love to be able to go again this year.

+1 Bring your climbing legs and give it socks on the TT.

We've put a team together and looking forward to it. Am originally from the area and by all accounts it's one of the best organised stage races around. Will be first open A4 race for a few of us so I'm sure we'll be in for a shock!!

What a fantastic event. Ran like clockwork for the 3 days over 4 really tough challenging stages. A great experience. Fair play to Omagh Wheelers for putting such effort in for A4 only cyclists. Surprised not more teams from the south head up to this.
