The second coin the padraig pearse 10 shilling coin probably around 30 euro

The first coin the quality of the pic is not good you need to show the other side of the coin also its hard to tell if the coin is shined up brass or gold and maybe place it against a white background t

    Thank you so much!

The second one is a young Victoria gold sovereign apparently, haven't been able to get a reliable value though!

assuming it is a gold sovereign then it has a melt price of ~€220

Great thank you, as a matter of interest, where are you getting the values?

    a sovereign contains just under 8g of 22K gold. Gold is currently just under €32 a gram. so 8 x 32 x 22 / 24 gives you about 220.

this is the melt price however. it may be worth more. It depends on the year it was struck, where it was struck, what is on the reverse as well as condition. take a look here to get some indication http://www.baldwin.co.uk/coins/great-britain/sovereigns.html

Thats all the info i can give you i'm afraid. If you read the description on that page it goes into a lot of detail on condition. Impossible to determine anything from the pic you posted? Is yours even a 1872?
