    Hi All,

Plumber came out to price up putting a new system from scratch into an old house. Its currently storage heaters.

He uses aluminium pipers instead of plastic (mice/rats can eat it) or copper (cost).

    Is this ok to use?

Also, he will be moving the water tank and moving the mains too, is this ok to use as aluminium?

    Thanks!

I presume from your description he is talking about Multi-Layer pipe, ask him if it is.
If it is Multi-Layer, then its an excellent system to use, very reliable if installed correctly.
