Just posting here on the extreme off chance that someone here might have found a smartphone on The Curragh last week.

Checked with the Garda already. Is there any Army equivalent?

    Military Police - http://www.military.ie/en/army/organisation/army-corps/military-police/

No contact details provided, but there is a general number for the Curragh Camp
    Phone: General Enquiries (045) 44 5000

    Good luck finding your phone,

    Paddy

Any chance you have tracking turned on?

Great for lost phones, not so great if you don't want someone to know where you've been :D

Considering the size of the place, probably a lost cause. Possibly the network could tell you the approx last location within 100 metres? (triangulation)
