Signed up online but it shows my landlords account

    Hi, I moved into a new apartment recently & the landlord sent me on details to register for Irish Water. I signed up using the WPRN & Account number they sent but now when I login it has my landlord's name, address & phone number in my details. Is this supposed to happen?

    This issue still hasn't been resolved and I'm awaiting a response to my pm....

    I do now have a tenant account with irish water, got my first bill & set up direct debit, all good.

    But my email is still connected to my landlords account & I have received their first bill. Can you please disconnect my email from my landlords account? I have pm'd all of the relevant details already, it should be quite simple.
