Hi! My sister in law had a bad experience with Cornmarket/Midas - she sent in a complaint but though they said they would answer the complaint within five days - they never did. Their complaints procedure was five lines long! Apparently, although Cornmarket itself is governed by the Financial Services Regulator, Midas, their accountancy service is not - it is not considered a financial services product. Is there anywhere she can go with this, or does she have to put it down to experience.
