Secure BTEA first and then move into flat?

    Ok I am applying for BTEA and I really want to move into a flat in order to take on work load and study load of full time education.

    The problem is I don't want to move to a flat first, sign a lease and then apply for BTEA under my new address because if for whatever reason I get rejected for BTEA I'm stuck to a lease.

    Is it ok to apply for BTEA then move out and let them know my new address?

    Has anyone else moved address while receiving BTEA?
