Shipping items to Perth

Hi there, I'm shipping items house contents& tools to Perth Wa. I recently got a quote from Spratt Personal Shipping of € 360 per cubic meter. It includes 6 weeks transit but doesn't include local handling charges. Does anyone know or have any experience with handling/ custom charges in Perth WA? Thanks.
